Please Read this contract before you request a kitten. By requesting a kitten - you agree to the contract

This contract refers to a Himalayan or Persian kitten sold as pet quality with limited registration unless otherwise noted in an
addendum.
The cat is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival into Purchaser’s care. It will have been veterinarian checked preceding its
departure from Wisdom Way and, a veterinarian's  physical examination will have been found to be free of external
parasites or fungus. It will have been vaccinated once (or twice) against Panleukopenia, Rhinotrachetitis and Calcivirus . The Buyer will
receive proof of examination and all vaccines received, as well as a schedule of the vaccines still needed to maintain the kitten’s health in the future. The kitten will checked for internal parasites at 12 weeks of age. If said kitten is in our custody we will have the testing done and treat if any parasites are found. If the kitten is in your custody, you will have the kitten tested and treated at 12 weeks old. All veterinarian costs incurred by you will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  The purchaser agree to take kitten to your veterinarian within 36 hours of purchase.

The buyer shall report to the Seller any medical problem within the guarantee period. If the kitten/cat is found to have a medical problem within the (36)-hour period, it must be reported to the Seller within twenty-four (24) hours of its discovery. Failure to make this report within this time frame will void this warranty.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS AND EXPENSES. There shall be no refunds of purchase price, shipping charges or other costs. There shall be no replacement of kitten/cat unless under the Health Guarantee (with the 36hour period only except as stated above). a) If the kitten/cat is found to be in unsound health by a licensed veterinarian within 36 hours, the kitten/cat shall be returned to Seller and Buyer may request a replacement of another kitten/cat of equal value. Said replacement will be made as soon as a suitable replacement becomes available. A medical report signed by the examining veterinarian must be provided to the Seller prior to a replacement being made. ‘Unsound health’ shall be defined as any condition that is “life threatening ‘or incurable’. It shall not include minor imperfection or condition, unknown at the time of sale, which does not seriously impair its health or its biological functions.

IF FIP, FIV or FELV VACCINE IS GIVEN TO THE CAT/KITTEN AT ANY TIME, THE ENTIRE HEALTH GUARANTEE BECOMES NULL AND VOID. We pride ourselves in raising healthy, vaccinated, parasite-free kittens. Said kitten/cat leaves our Cattery, to the best of our knowledge, in healthy condition. We do not recommend vaccinating this kitten/cat with the FIP, FIV or FELV vaccines. These vaccines are not proven to be void of risk. In particular, the FIP vaccine is not safe. Reference: Feline Infectious Diseases, Chapter 7, page Fifty-four, (first column-last paragraph). Reference work is written by Niels C. Pedersen, D.V.M. Ph.D.

This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside. The only time it is permissible for the cat to be
outdoors is when under supervision on a harness and leash or when protected within an approved cat enclosure.
The Breeder must be contacted if at any time during the cat’s life the Buyer is unable to keep the cat. The Purchaser agrees to give
the Breeder a chance to re-house the cat. The Purchaser also agrees that neither the cat nor any of its offspring will ever be sold,
given, leased out, rented, loaned to an animal shelter, pet store, commercial or private, laboratory or research and development
center. If this cat is found to be neglected or mistreated, the Buyer agrees to surrender the cat and all rights to the cat to the
Breeder or her representative unconditionally without benefit of refund or any course of reclaim.
The Breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by the Purchaser while the cat is in the possession of the Purchaser.
The Breeder has the right, at her discretion, to cancel this contract at any time before delivery of the cat. In this case, the full
deposit will be returned to the Purchaser. Should the Purchaser cancel this agreement before the cat is delivered, or fail to pay the
balance due on time, the cat may be sold to another and the Purchaser's full deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

amendment. All legal expenses incurred by Wisdom Way to enforce the terms of this contract will be paid by the Purchaser and all
legal action, whether it be started by the Purchaser or the Breeder shall be conducted in Winchendon, Ma. If one clause in this contract
is declared void that does not affect the rest of the contract which shall remain valid.

terms of the contract.
